I had struggled with them my whole life but had never received an official diagnosis since I visited mental health professionals predominately during my childhood. Once I got treatment, I noticed a drastic change in myself; I was no longer struggling to fight myself everyday and could focus on other things. Since diagnosis, I have made it a goal to take care of my mental health; I refused to be crippled by something inside of myself.
