It's a Masters in Teacher Leadership. Kind of a blend of administrative and curriculum and learning. They offer hybrid courses - meeting the first and last week of the 8 week classes. Most work is independent and online, so it's easy to make it fit into an already easy schedule. Best part was the action research project in place of a traditional thesis. Teachers get to pick topics to investigate that are ongoing problems in their own classrooms.
