I'm worried about the time commitment and lift that is being asked of LPH. Within OSHII, I feel like we have support to block time and clear calendars to work on this, but I worry it might not be the same for LPH.

I appreciate the process layout and being able to make tweaks. I'm curious about phase 3 planning and how we'll stay coordinated.

I'm a bit worried about capacity- juggling our work plus wanting to be engaged in the planning process. I don't want to not be engaged in planning for SHIP 6 but also know I have other priorities at this time.

Looking forward to a discussion about the biggest impact for SHIP - clarifying the tension between population health and reaching equity populations. Where do we draw the line between "biggest bang" vs. reaching/engaging priority populations. This has come up in well-being.

A little worried about the tension between not making any big changes and still making enough changes that will result in stronger SHIP work, both at the LPH level and how it is supported at MDH.

Worry: It's a little hard to plan not if funds will be available for TA/working with external contractors. It's difficult to provide "extra" TA support for Statewide Activities without external contractors in some cases.

When / where possible - can it be noted what is key or core information that is really essential for reading & digesting, and what is supplemental information that can & should be consumed as folks have interest and time? I think this is already how some of the phase 1 documents are set up

We did not have the luxury of testing how the statewide and flexible activities were going to work due to time. If we could have a series of conversations with each aspect of SHIP - eval, CS, Thriving Communities, etc, we might be able to troubleshoot potential issues before we roll it out. For example, provide details about how CHB may fill out a workplan, and see what needs to be tightened before roll out. I.E, directions, requirements, evaluation method, etc.
