We never fully know what could be going on in someone else's life. Ever. they may tell us what is going on, but we never truly know/understand. As somebody who always wants to try and help people, but can be really frustrating, but that is how it is. 
That is how I know what I am suppose to do. I have this sort of need to help a friend if they are in need of assistance. I know that I am meant to help others. 
*Reminder: It is okay if you only save/help one person in your life and it is okay if that one person is yourself*   (If you are the type of person that is constantly trying to help others, that might seem stupid to you, but it is true).
If you feel like you just want to disappear, remember that everything will be okay eventually. I know it may not seem like it now (trust me, I know all too well), but it will get better. Don't let the bad days take over the good days. That's not what they are for. You learn from the bad days. From your mistakes. Don't dismiss that with a snort and a comment of "I'm a mistake" (I know you guys too well). Those thoughts (no matter how much you may be joking) are destructive and toxic.
