The program I wish to evaluate is the Early College Academy or ECA program.  The program goal is to serve students in grades nine through twelve in attaining their Associates degree and their high school diploma by the end of their twelfth grade year.  Further, another goal is to make college affordable in that the community and the college scholarship cover up to sixty percent of the tuition.  The partner school is a two year Associates degree granting institution further reducing the total cost compared to a four year institution.  Given that a student could potentially earn a B.S.  in their first two years at a four year institution, another goal is allowing for the student to experience all four years at college and having the student earn or work toward an advanced degree beyond the B.S. We designed the course matrix to make the classes both affordable and relevant to transferring to a four year institution.  

The primary stakeholders of the ECA are the students that are enrolled in ECA.  Other primary stakeholders may be the parents that save college tuition costs.  Secondary stakeholders may include the administration that designed the program, teachers that teach in the program at the high school level and administrators and teacher at the participating college.  Tertiary stakeholders may include receiving schools in the four year post-secondary environment that have articulation agreements with the partner school and the partnering college with regard to student staying in their system

Mixed Methods is the chosen data collection with a survey to be sent consisting of ten questions to best answer the key questions. A mixed methods approach allows for both qualitative and quantitative data to be used in the evaluation.
