It's been wonderful to have you here, and I hope you have an amazing time at SMS. My advice would be to stay positive, and to never let the kids know if you're scared. They prey on fear. ;) Also, if you're going to hand out pencils you need to take something of value to the student in return, otherwise you're going to be spending a lot of money on pencils. It was awesome to get to meet you! Virtual high five!

Thank you for all the wonderful work you've done in our English class. It was really great to meet you, and learn all about Shakespeare's language and meaning. You always kept us interested, whether it was with rap=Shakespeare or Tiger King references. You definitely understand us as students, and I'm going to miss you. You're on to a wonderful career! My advice to you is to teach at SMS like you taught here, by keeping everyone engaged and learning. I learned a lot from you! Good luck!

It has been so much fun with you as our student teacher, and it is sad that our time with you is done :(. I wish that we could have been in school while you were here, but it was still great to see you in the google meets. I hope you have an amazing time teaching at sms, and I am positive that you will make a great teacher. Some advice I would give you is to try to relate with the students, let your students have a little fun but aslo keep them in line, and finally try to decorate your room and make it a nice learning environment. The only advice I think I can really give you is don't let Mr. Lowy bully you. Just ask Keating about it.

Thanks for always bringing your positive energy with you. Wish you could have done more "real" lessons with our class, but the ones that you did lead were fun.
My advice is always stay positive. Students will often reflect the teachers attitudes so the better you make their day, the better learning environment will be for everyone.

Thank you for teaching our class. I really enjoyed your teaching style and positive outlook on everything. You'll do amazing at SMS and I'm sure the students will like you as much as we do. You are a great teacher and I wish you the best of luck. The only advice I think I can give you is to keep thinking positive because nothing stays the same. Sometimes there is good and sometimes there is bad but each of them give way to eachother and will eventually return. The bad doesn't last forever but it is important to remember that the good doesn't either, nothing is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and you can learn from them. So, whenever you aren't satisfied with your work, remember the good will come back eventually if you let it.

first of all, I wish we could have spent more time with you since we only saw you for a few weeks in actual school. second of all, CONGRATS i am very excited for you that you got a job during a pandemic. thats kind of insane but a cool way to start your career, but yay for you getting a whole ass job right outta the gate. thirdly and finally, my brother is going to be a 8th grader next year, he is ginger like me and his name is sam lang. i really hope he has you. thanks for teaching us!! good luck with the middle school thing i believe in you. -Audrey L
