Bill about DCTT (ruling party： Economic Liberal Party)

1. We, the ruling party, are planning to have the people install a contact     tracing app voluntarily for DCTT. This app is based on the Japanese contact tracing app COCOA. The functions of COCOA are as follows. 

・Use Bluetooth to receive notifications about possible contact with COVID-19-positive individuals.

・Not register personal information such as name, phone number, and  email address.

・After a certain period of time, the information is automatically invalidated on the personal smartphone.

2. Using the above COCOA function, we are thinking about how to proceed as follows.

・Ask companies to manage the system (public-private partnership). 

・When a bug occurs, we will disclose the information. 

・Promote the installation of apps by adding point benefits such as TV commercials, circulation boards, and SNS.

・Establish a third-party committee to confirm that the personal information entered for the use of other apps has not been secretly extracted.
