My name is Sorawit Loontha. My nickname is Put. I am 11 years old and I am studying in Year 6 at Ascot International School in Bangkok, Thailand.

I am creating a Leadership Portfolio because I think that becoming a leader in the school community is very important. I am going to become a captain of the Primary Basketball Team. I think if we have a good leader, our team will win and succeed. We can share ideas and techniques together.

I think that these five core values help define my leadership vision:
1. Vision - Leaders have the important responsibility of creating and maintaining the community.
2. Communication - It is the foundation of any relationship.
3. Empathy - It is the ability to understand others.
4. Passion - Leaders' passion and energy can motivate everyone in the team.
5. Patience - It benefits leaders who have long-term goals.
