She talked about what happened to her after she used almost 8 credit cards and incurred almost $40,000 debt.  She believes trying to grow a credit score may be a dangerous way of getting into debts and she froze her credit score and they have decided to leave their credit score at $0. This is because Dana said "If we don’t have the money then we are not buying it” (6:17) . She will rather pay cash for items than borrow. In this video Dana makes a comparison of credit cards to smoking and that some people may get away with it while others gets trapped in it.
