         <description><![CDATA[<p>운동효과를 높이고 부상을 당하지 않으려면 본 운동을 끝낸 뒤 정리운동에도 신경을 써야 한다. 특히 근육을 많이 사용하거나 체력 소모가 심한 운동을 했다면 충분한 스트레칭을 통해 운동을 마무리할 필요가 있다.근육을 풀어주지 않고 운동을 끝내면 근육이 비대칭적인 상태로 유지될 수 있다. 정리운동 없이 근육이 원래 모양대로 돌아갈 경우 피로도와 통증도 심해진다. 근육이 수축한 상태로 유지되면서 젖산이 축적되는 것 역시 근육에 피로도가 쌓이는 원인이 된다.</p><p><br/></p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://m.health.chosun.com/svc/news_view.html?contid=2023011202049">https://m.health.chosun.com/svc/news_view.html?contid=2023011202049</a></p>]]></description>
