So far I have read thirty more pages of Lisa Graff's masterpiece.
In the Novel Georgie was going to church late Christmas Eve and when his mom went to unplug the tree and... Shock! She had felt a bolt of electricity run through her. His parents immediately decided to go to the hospital to see if the "baby Godzilla" was okay. That had resulted in Georgie having to spend the night at Andy's house in which resulted in a friendship being crooked. Early Christmas his parents picked him up while doing so they informed Georgie that the baby was okay. That didn't make Georgie feel any better making that Christmas to be his worst.
Hopefully by next time I will have finished the novel and be able to share with you the results of Georgie's and Andy's friendship.
I adore this book and it's style. I hope there are more novels by Lisa Graff.

This week I'm reading the same book. But I'm reading it again this week because it's a great book so far but I haven't finished the book yet 😒. It's called Pegasus The New Olympians. And it's about a girl named Emily and she just moved to Olympus after a huge aggressive battle! Oooo yay I used a wordly wise word! 😁! Ok back to this. I have read so far 33 pages of this book. And I love it 😍! I think it's ht shook I have ever read. And the reason I say that is because I love mythical creatures is book and I love adventure books (also this book is an adventure book!) so I chose it cause it has both mythical creatures and adventure. And I recommend this book to people like me who like mythical creatures and adventure! That is my book and why I chose it! 🤓👍

Mira's Shelfie With 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' by J.K. Rowling

I have been reading the classic, all time "almost" favorite 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'. Now, not to be mean but, I've already seen the movie.. so I know the plot and everything, but luckily I've forgotten most of it! Luckily...

So far- not really 'far' (I'm only on page 80 and I started a few weeks ago) the protagonist(s), Harry, Ron, and Hermione "It's leviOsa, not levioSA!!" are with Ron's family, the Weaslys, after Harry has been taken from the cruel uncle, his cousin, and aunt, to go see the Quidditch sort of 'baseball game of the Wizarding World'. So, 'blah blah blah, plot and stuff' and now why I chose this book.

I chose this series mostly because of how I absolutely ADORE fantasy, dragons, high-school life..?, dragons, magic, and didn't I mention dragons? So Harry Potter, the famous and best-selling series of 'technically 8 books', was perfect for me. After finishing the probably best books in the series, (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban). My love for this series is still going on, and I'm excited for the rest of this book! (DRAGONS!!!)

I also have some almost need-to-be-answered questions about this book!
1. What is going to happen next? How will the book explain the attacks?
2. How I see this book going to be different from the movie? Why?
3. Is there going to be new Proffesors? Or new enemies and friends?
Those are some of my friends that I pretty much have with every book of Harry Potter..

So that is why I chose this book, and what's happening within it's pages, also with my questions!

Today I am reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling. It is a very fun book to read because it has alot of cliffhangers. Right now, Harry is obsessed with finding out where Draco Malfoy is disappearing to and people are getting cursed and poisoned (Katie Bell and Ron Weasley). That is what is happening right now.
I have an inference: Harry will suspect Malfoy of going into the Room of Requirement(a room that pops up whenever you most need it) and he will follow Malfoy. That is my inference.

She is going to be turning ten on New Year's Day, and for a early birthday gift her grandmother and grandfather got her a new coat. I can't wait to see what happens next.

P.S. I've are ready read the the first book.

Instead of backing away
from it, Emma went in and heard a voice that says "Get away from the ridge" from above Emma and it is such a cliff hanger!

Another awesome thing that jumped out in the book is that there is a ghost called the "Conductor" that sings you a song that tells you were a TREASURE is in Blackbird Hollow, but be careful or it might lead to certain DEATH!
As you can see this book is AWESOME and I would recommend it for anybody.

The book title is Goodbye Stranger by Rebecca Stead(picture bellow).

One reason I pick this novel because it looked very interesting and something I would like. Another reason is that I am going on vacation in a few days so I wanted a chapter book that would keep me occupied in my free time in Florida.I read the flap of the book and it seem intriguing. This book was about a girl named Bridge that had survived a accident and was wondering why she was still alive. In her life she meets a boy that becomes her friend or maybe more and a girl that also becomes a friend to her that says she sees everyone through video games or does she?. After reading the flap I wanted to try out th book so I checked it out. I hope that I enjoy this book and whoever is reading this, also gets interested inv this book. If you want to read this book, the Title is Goodbye Stranger, the author is Rebecca Stead, and what it looks like bellow. If you do get this and enjoy it, I hope you recommend this book to one of your friends or acquaintances that might be interested in reading this book.

Today at Library, I checked out a book which is one of the Caudill Award books, which is called The Paper Cowboy, written by Kristen Levine. You may have seen it on your bookmark if you've been checking which books you need to read or if you looked in the Caudill Award bookshelf.

Anyway, this book is a new author for me and I was excited to start reading it, to continue my journey of reading all the Caudill Award books. I chose it for a few main reasons,

One reason is the title sounds unique. “A paper cowboy? What in the world is a paper cowboy?” I wondered as I looked at the title. “Why are paper cowboys so important to the story? And is it really talking about paper cowboys? Or is that just a metaphor?”

After seeing the title and having all these questions sparked, I knew I had to learn more. My next step was to look at the book jacket (the inside part of the book cover).

I learned that the story was about a boy, Tommy, who really wanted to be a cowboy, except he was more like a bully. He's not like the good guys like the Lone Ranger. He misbehaves, moving away from being the cowboys he wishes he could be.

But there's a reason. His life at home is not good. His mom, who has always been moody, now starts beating Tommy because his sister was burned badly while doing a chore Tommy was supposed to do. His sister is hospitalized and the beatings only get worse.

His bullying gets out of control and he does some very bad things. What things, you ask. Well, I can't tell you. You need to read it by checking it out at the library!

I really like this book because it is interesting so far and the plot isn't too cheesy. I hope you read and enjoy it!

BTW, please tell me what you think. Thanks!

I read the BFG/ the Big Friendly Giant by Roald Dahl I like the made up words that the Giants speak some of these words are, Snozzcomber, Gobblefunk, Razztwizzler, frobscottle and many more. Frobscottle is a type of fizzy drink that has the bubbles go down instead of up. Razztwizzler has the same meaning as splendid. Gobblefunk means the same as garbage or wrong. Snozzcomber is like a cucumber except for it's size. I liked reading this novel it was great.

This week I'm finishing The familiars by Adam Epstein and Andrew Jacobson, and this is a book about wizards and there familiars there loyal magic pets. In this book a average street cat

Aldwyn ends up in a magic pet store to escape a viscous hunter, he gets adopted by a loving boy who thinks Aldwyn has telekinesis. Aldwyn meets some friends with real magic powers a blue jay named skylar who can creat illusions and Gilbert a frog who can see the soon future. But there owners are in grave danger they get captured by the queen and will be executed in three sunsets, will they save them in time?...!

My questions is why dose the queen want to kill them, to gain more power, probably not she is the queen. Also there's got to be some time we're aldwyn's got to use telekinesis what will he do. And my opinion on the book is that it's AMAZING it's good book with suspense and detail and I recommend it to any Harry Potter fan. And thus is the end of my selfie.

I still have the book I got last week (The Long Way Home, by Ann M. Martin) so, I'm going to tell about what I read.

In the last book Abby was the main character, now Abby is the main character's mom. The main character is Dana, she has a twin sister Julia, Abby married her past neighbor Zander Burley so now instead of Abby Nicholas it's, Abby, Dana, Julia, Peter, and Zander Burley. Oh, I forgot to mention Peter, Peter is Dana and Julia's little brother. Also Julia was born 13 minutes after Dana, this is why Julia looks up to Dana, this means Julia is a HUGE copy cat. Dana and Julia used to share a room until it was their 7th birthday and Dana requested her own room. Then their aunt Adele (Abby's littlest sister) showed up to live in their town but, one day she found a homeless cat, and that led on to Peter having his own family cat. They also have an aunt Rose (Abby's oldest little sister) they don't visit her as often as they would like to but, they do still meet up with her. There are only 2 problems with the family, Abby's father (Dana, Julia, and Peter's grandfather) is very mean, and Zander (Abby's husband/Dana, Julia, and Peter's dad) drinks.
