In terms in of language inclusion- fair and equal are not the same.
There are people out there who still think that inclusion means everyone has to do everything.
Different capacity in teaching staff- some are welcoming some are not.
People are resistant, need to be willing to put the energy in.
How can we support people who have trouble being inclusive.
