Coordination, volunteers helping to set up, the time between setting up and starting the event. Location is excellent, food, aesthetics, and atmosphere. Stations- giving tree, wine wall, silent auction, reusing leftover materials from lei po’o as an option to sell was great.

We all arrived too late, we should have been there earlier to help set things up. I felt bad about that.

The wine wall kept repeating the same wines on the same buyer. Some made comments about wanting to know were it was from. Also, wanting white vs. red wine.

We had so many gracious attendees. When hiccups popped up, everyone I encountered was so kind and patient.

I would have loved it if we could have the teams from the other islands for more of the set up. It would have relaxed the time between set up and start time. I would have been happy to share our guest room for one or two people to stay to make that possible.

The tablecloths could have used a good steam or iron and having the cream tablecloths with white chair covers looked a little off.

The team was very supportive of each other! I was grateful to be a part of such a hardworking and kind group of people.

If a table is wanted set up a particular way, have pictures or detailed instructions. Or be okay with it not looking like how you visualized as long as it still looks good/presentable.

Make sure if there are materials we don't want out or are getting returned, to not have them at the Tea at all so mistakes don't happen with them being out.

Too many things came in last minute. Photos were also too last minute and made it difficult to feel like everything was ready in time.

Need names for everyone at the tables to make check-in faster.

It was a great workshop and well attended, but I definitely would not make it the same weekend as the Tea on the Vine again.
