I am writting with the intention to make a complein.
I have recently bought an electric toothbrush, and it is not working well. The electric charger runs out after about five minutes. What worries me is that it should last more than an hour.
I would formally like to request  a replacement for the electric charger. If I do not hear from you, my next step will be to write a bad review telling what happened on your website.

It was a great deal of concern for me discover that the electric charge runs out after about five minutes. I believed that the toothbrush should last an hour or so and I would formally like to request that you send me a replacement. 
If I don't hear from you in the next week, my next step will be write a nasty review on your website.
