I then copied in my buyer to the email to make sure she was happy with the extension, however as the stock was arriving late, she decided to cancel one of the PO's and reduce the other order's units.

We pull this report every Monday to look at how well each of our vendors is performing. We look at turn & sell through % to decide how well a vendor is performing. On the nightwear department, vendors which are turning lower than a 3 are really good.
