P.g.s 44 and 59
What I was wondering about in the book, Buddha Boy is what the Buddha Boy's art looks like if I were to see it in real life because the author explains it as very real. This book is a little bit confusing at some parts but is an overall easy reader. My only question about this book is, how was Buddha Boy always so calm and happy no matter how mean kids were to him.

P.g. 59
One connection I have to what I am reading is sometimes I do not react to something the same way the kids around me are so they are confused by my reaction. For example, when a kid would steal my hat when I was little, I wouldn't chase them to get the hat back, instead I would just bore them so they would eventually take it back. This reaction confused my friends around me.

P.g. 47/48, 20
The passage that best put a picture into me eye was when the author was describing one of Jinsen's paintings that looked really alive. It felt like I was looking right at the painting. The other passage was not as good but still brought a good image to my eyes. It was another time when Justin was explaining drawings that Jinsen did.

My opinion of this book is that is teaches a good lesson. I think this because the book is about a very disciplined kid who doesn't give up on his projects or his personality just because some kids are bullying him and ruining his projects for school. Buddha Boy never gives up and other kids shouldn't either. That is why this book teaches a good lesson.
