         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the spring of 1963, Birmingham activists, launched one of the most important civil rights campaigns.This campaign was the start of many sit ins, marches of City Hall and boycotts to protest laws in the south. Over a few months, the acts were met with brutal force , using dogs, high pressure hoses, and police force.</div>]]></description>

After the trial the judge found the location of the motel would effect business around the area. So they rule he must allow all patrons to his business.</li></ul>]]></description>
