         <description><![CDATA[<div>Historically ambulances used to leave their paper work for patients with details for the call. Since they now use electronic forms patients don't get anything.&nbsp;<br>I think a card that crews could leave the patients with details of the complaints, compliments contact, names of crew, job number short treatment summary and any safety betting advice/ signposting.&nbsp;<br>Currently there is a whole team of people who spend their whole day trying to track down jobs and crews to pass on a compliment be ause the atient never have a job number. I think we could get the head of that team as a stakeholder as well </div>]]></description>
