         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Ischemic stroke  is caused by a blocked artery, causing restriction on blood supply to the brain. The treatment for this type of stroke includes giving the patient a <strong>tissue plasminogen activator </strong>through IV. This activator works by dissolving the blood clot and restoring blood flow to the brain. </div>]]></description>
