While the cons is, the quality of my speech might be a little bit unclear for the audience, as I just relay on the text without trying to explain more further about my points. Also I might don't have much time to explain more about my points, as the teleprompter keep on sliding to the next text.

Why is that so? Would using the teleprompter kill us? The answer is no, but by using the teleprompter we risk losing engagement with our audience which in turn might cost them to lose focus. Secondly, there is the risk of said teleprompter malfunctioning mid presentation. Despite all that, the teleprompter can be a good weapon to have in our arsenal because it allow the presenter to have a smooth speech by having the text in front of the presenter that move at the same pace throughout the presentation. Conclusively, the teleprompter is a good thing to have but practice makes perfect and we should not fully rely on it.

I highly recommended to use telepromter to smoothing our speech but when we get use to give a speech, we can stop using the telepromter because we already gain the bravness in giving a spontanious speech.

The reason why is because, as the teleprompter display text of a speech, it will definitely smoothen the presentation. Other than memorising what to speak as a preparation before presenting, the teleprompter would help in preventing me from stuttering. Also, it can be a backup incase I missed a point during the presentation. As opposed to looking at notes or cards in my hands during a presentation, using the device would give a more professional impression and would prevent the audience from getting distracted. Other than that, I can be seen giving a presentation in a more confident manner. In conclusion, a teleprompter would definitely be beneficial in aiding my speech in online presentation for both me as a presenter giving contents to my audience and for the audience to understand my content better.
