         <description><![CDATA[<div>I read, something I already felt that the at-risk student is not always the underpriveledged but can also be a student that may have a higher ability, teachers deem him /her not at risk but they do notlook at the fact that this student may do well now because family member is there to give support. Now suppose this member leaves or dies or goes back to work. The students 'backbone' is gone. If they are truly not at risk type, they will be able to continue but, if at risk type-their grades may go down,attitude changes...When a teacher sees this, that teacher needs to look into the matter with the student, parent(s), siblings or whoever might have someanswers</div>]]></description>
