I agree to some extent that gambling will increase after the COVID-19 pandemic. I think the economic aftermath of distancing and the psychological stability may have increased enough to make money from gambling.

However, I don't think I understand the idea that Corona reduced consumption activities and made a financial surplus, which led to an increase in gambling. Although the economy has become unstable in the aftermath of COVID-19, consumer activity has shrunk, but it seems insufficient to explain that it has led to a surplus and turned into an entertainment factor for gambling.

In conclusion, I agree with you, thinking that the overall number of gambling may have increased as people who feel anxious about the shrinking economy and its unstable and uncertain future lead to the idea of making money from gambling.
