In the wild, animals kill because another animal has either threatened their territory or they are hungry and need to eat. "In the wild, the lions kills the gazelle and eats it, it doesn't kill a second gazelle to save for tomorrow" (34). Unlike humans their actions are strictly based on their survival, they take the amount of food they need to eat and when they are hungry again they get find more.
