A Day In My Life

My day usually begins at 6 o’clock with the blaring sound of the alarm clock. After brushing my teeth and having a bath, I get dressed, go down stair and check my backpack whether all the school kits, such as pencil case, calculator and ruler etc., are all in it. After that, I go to the kitchen where my mother usually waits for me with my favorite breakfast. A cup of coffee or milk. I usually have breakfast with my mother at 7. And leave for school at 7:30.

I drive to campus. So, I have to start driving early to avoid traffic jam. Usually arrives at the campus at 8:15. Moreover, I usually see long queue of cars and motor cycles stretching down the road at the entrance of the gas station to buy gas. This is a typical scene I usually see on my way to campus.

My class starts at 9 and ends at 1. I have to study two sessions in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each session lasts for two hour. And, lunch break is from 1 to 2.pm. I always have lunch at campus with some of my friends. So, I have to be at school for 8 hours every day.

I usually go straight back to home after school, and I get home around 4:30 . I have a shower after taking a rest, but, I sometimes have a nap before taking a shower. I often spend my afternoon by playing football or playing games on my computer. I watch TV from 8.pm till 9.pm every evening and study all my school lessons for two hours – from 9 to 11. After that, I wash my face, hands and legs and then go upstairs and prepare for the next day. With a hectic schedule for the next day, I go to bed at 12.

Hi friends! Today I would like to share an article about Healthy Eating: The Beginner’s Guide on How to Eat Healthy and Stick to It. I'd like to share the article that i have read written by James Clear.

I always find it interesting to see which articles resonated most and which ones flopped, and I hope you find this interesting too.

This article takes a different stance on healthy eating. Rather than focusing on telling you what to eat or how much to eat, this article explains why we eat the way we do and what to do about it. It focuses on behaviors like why we tend to eat so much junk food and why we overeat so frequently, and then lays out simple strategies for overcoming these unhealthy habits.

When we think about the future, we often dream of the way things are “supposed” to be. Whether it’s what our parents had always wanted for us, or simply the way society influences us, our hopes and dreams tend to sway towards that picture-perfect lifestyle.

For me, I have my personal goals and dreams that I have wish to achieve. After I graduate, I want to work in one of the biggest oil company such as Chevron, Petronas, Exxon, etc. I want to be the safety manager or officer at least. I prefer working offshore because it gives me challenge to work over there plus they will pay me higher than work in the office.

All of this is just the beginning of my dreams. After I work for 4 or 5 years, i will have a lot of money by that time, i will quit my job and start a business. I will buy 3 or 4 shops and run my shops and have another business such as futsal court or restaurant and anything that have a good prospect. By that way I will make more money comparing than I work in the company.

After I run my business, I am going to marry a beautiful woman. I will start to make a family and planned to have 2 children which are a boy and a girl. I will live in a big house which having a garden outside or maybe a pool so my children can play

I think that is all I can say about my 5 year plan. It is just a simple dream for a simple man like me.
