         <description><![CDATA[<div>Did the workout and a bodyweight arms session<br>Pushups to warm arms us, bench dips, tricep push down with a resistance band, diamond pushups. <br>For biceps I did hammer curls, regular curls (Both with resistance band) and curled my leg.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Core workout, 9 exercises 45 seconds on, 15 second rest for 2 sets and a 7 minute oblique video on youtube<br>Did my own legs workout, 10 assisted pistol squats, 20 hip thrusts, 15 lunges each leg and 45 seconds of jump squats. 4 sets of each exercise but only managed 3 for the squats+lunge set.<br>Had no evidence so I literally took a photo of me sweating ---&gt;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't really have a fixed plan. I usually just jump rope for cardio and workout my arms in the same day whenever it isnt raining, then I do a legs+core workout the next or next to next day, then follow it up with jumprope the next day. I try to put as much cardio as possible as I'm stuck at home. I play lots of video games and spend time with my family so it's really easy for me to talk about social wellness!</div>]]></description>
