Follow-up could include invited speakers, job shadow opportunities, field trips, homework assignments to do with families.   Compelling discussion about use of Uber (and having people the family knows sign up as drivers if s​tranger danger is an overwhelming concern!). I have noted all of these.  Thank you so very much.
 
3.  Building Community fillable form.  We use these ideas for how to get to know your neighbors.  It would be great if everyone could pick one to do and report back on.  You don't have to teach all now! Printed and in my Cue to do.
 
4.  Associational Map fillable form.  This can be added to as you go but you can add High Hopes, ice cream shops, ASL communities, and I forgot what your group came up with to it now!!!  I have the notes and will incorporate.
 
5.  Review the Integrated Supports Star.  Are there more specific things to add or can some of the ideas already there be used to meet more people (calendar of events; notes to self of events like church dinners open to the public/community theatre productions;  contact information of new people met; use of the cellpnone if they don't know already).

    This is the link to the post-assessment.  As I said, students should try to do it on their own but should feel free to use any resources or discuss possible answers with you and the job coaches.  For me, it's much more important to find the information you need than to memorize it without being able to access it to share with potential supporters!
