I am originally from Kentucky and I earned both MM and BM degrees in music performance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am just a few weeks away from earning a MLIS degree and a Post Bac Certificate in Online and Blended Learning and Teaching from Kent State University. I am active in the classical and folk music scene in Ohio as a violin, viola, and guitar player. My work background includes several years as an orchestral/music librarian, more than ten years playing in professional orchestras, and I have recently started a position as a music librarian at Baldwin Wallace University!
