         <description><![CDATA[<p>A great way to start the day would be with a breakfast that incorporates fruit such as kiwi, which contains vitamin C and is a great source of fibre and can be accompanied by wholegrain carbohydrates.</p><p>Breakfast contains 25% of total energy.</p><p><br/></p><p>At snack time you could have a juice made by yourself with pieces of fruit and it would be better to avoid adding sugar.</p><p>The snack contains 10 to 15% of the total energy.</p><p><br/></p><p>At lunchtime we can incorporate a plate of salad to go with rice, pasta, pulses or a protein food such as fish.</p><p>The lunchtime provides 30 to 40% of total energy.</p><p><br/></p><p>At dinner you should eat foods that don't contain a lot of fat, for example you could eat a cooked vegetable with a grilled protein food.</p><p>The evening meal contains 20 to 30% of total energy.</p>]]></description>
