Enhances Teaching and Learning  </p><p>ICT provides teachers with modern tools (multimedia presentations, smartboards, online resources) to make lessons more engaging and interactive.  Visuals, videos, and simulations help explain complex concepts more effectively.  </p><p><br></p><p>2. Improves Student Engagement  Interactive activities (quizzes, games, virtual labs) capture learners’ interest.  Students become active participants rather than passive listeners.  </p><p><br></p><p>3. Supports Personalized Learning  </p><p>ICT allows students to learn at their own pace through e-learning platforms, tutorials, and online exercises.  Special software supports learners with different abilities and needs.  </p><p><br></p><p>4. Promotes Collaboration  Through digital platforms (Google Classroom, MS Teams, Edmodo), students can work together on projects even outside school.  Encourages teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.  </p><p><br></p><p>5. Develops Digital Literacy  </p><p>Familiarity with technology prepares students for future careers.  Enhances skills in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and responsible use of digital tools.  </p><p><br></p><p>6. Provides Access to Global Resources  Students and teachers can access e-books, research articles, and educational videos anytime.  Broadens knowledge beyond textbooks and connects learners to global perspectives.  </p><p><br></p><p>7. Increases Efficiency in Teaching  Teachers can prepare, deliver, and assess lessons faster with digital tools (e.g., online tests, automated grading).</p>]]></description>
