My first idea was a brochure with multiple pages with pictures of dogs or cats with a bad backstory who have been helped by the shelter and also some work the shelter has done and information about the shelter. The second idea was to create an advert for the charity showcasing multiple distressed animals being rescued by the shelter and how bad they were before they were brought into the shelter and how happy and healthy they are now that they are in the shelter. The final idea I came up with was to hold a fundraiser, such as a coffee morning to bring in donations and also give out information during the coffee morning, at the end of the coffee morning we will ask if anybody would like to become a regular donator of the charity.

Door - to -door donations:
Volunteers will be prepared with the knowledge of the shelter and go door to door asking the public to monthly donate a donation of their choice.

Create a social image:
Create a website with images and videos of the different animals. Allow the public to see what difference their donation is making (also add a donation button on the page). The page would also include the volunteers, animals in need of foster homes, new arrivals, etc.

Fun run for sponsers:
This is to encourage the public to partake in exercise and dress up whilst getting sponsered. A obstacle course will be set up and the people participating are encouraged to do the course with their dogs.

-Encourage people to support the shelter by advertising the unfortunate dogs who need homes on TV. That way we can offer sponserships, for example £2 a month

Idea #2: Door-to-door sponsorship movement/ dog walking
-encourage people to support the shelter by physically walking the dogs to their local houses and asking them to donate and sponsor
