Strengths: New product for our school, Cheap/affordable,

Selling for charity, Most in demand and requested

Weaknesses: Not high end or great quality headphones,

many people already have headphones,

Opportunities: Having a sale at the end of selling period,

feedback for future years of selling

Threats: Dollar General sells similar headphones, other products

being sold in the school, lack of interest from customers

Organization - Each member of the team will have their own job, and be put in to a specific department for the project. The departments will be logistics, sales, marketing, and design. Logistics will be in charge of implementing the product and keeping tabs with the departments. Marketing will work on figuring out a way to make customers buy the product. Sales will oversee the sales of the product, and design will brand and create the company and logo.

Activities and Responsibilities - Using forum to present commercials and advertising through posters in the hallways. Raising money for the New York Warrior Alliance.

Four different commercials completed by the marketing department along with the entire class.

Commercial #1 (Cami, Martha, Kristen, Colton) - Featured a child with the freedom phones in his ears and then showed shots of soldier that was performing similar actions.

Commercial #2 (Nick) -

Commercial #3 (Jake, Craig, Arlana, Ashley) - Featured clips of war veterans on America's Got Talent along with descriptions of the charity.
