Like working with smaller groups to build relationships.
Preference to collaborate of curriculum development and resourcing. 
Bringing in experts, guest teachers into the programme.
Students as teachers - support them to do that.
Watch the classroom teachers teach the children and give them feedback, mentoring and support.
Bringing together teachers who are teaching the same subject. Learn from each other, share curriculum resources.
Still bounce ideas off each other across learning areas. Contributing to each others programmes, be flexible to work in an integrated way.

Try scheduling classes that are not in students lunchtimes. As well as teacher to ask students if it in lunchtime and perhaps talk with class about slightly rescheduling 10 mins or so ...
