         <description><![CDATA[<div>In station 3, the mass of the marble is 3.6 grams and its average distance was 19.2cm. While the mass of the tennis ball was 57 grams and its average distance was 43.6cm.&nbsp;<br><br>In station 2,&nbsp; when the distance was 10 cm the average distance the marble pushed the note card was 11.5 cm. However, when the marble was placed&nbsp; at 30 cm the average distance the notecard was pushed by the marble was 23.7.<br><br>In the skate park stimulation, it showed how when the skater went at a greater speed, there was a greater amount of kinetic energy. However when there was less speed, there was a lesser amount of kinetic energy. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The more mass of an object, the more total energy it will have.&nbsp; Therefore having mass be a factor that affects the amount of energy in a system.<br>The greater the height the marble was placed, the farther the notecard was pushed. This shows that there was more energy at a greater height, thus resulting in being a factor that affects the amount fo energy in a system.&nbsp;<br><br>In the skate park stimulation, it showed that the more speed, the more energy it had, affecting the total amount of energy.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- On station one of the Mini Stations&nbsp; the height of the tennis ball affected the rebound of the ball. The graph shows that for the 50 cm drop the average rebound height was 22.8 cm. For the 75 cm drop the average rebound height was&nbsp; 33.2 cm. For the 100 cm drop the average rebound height was 38 cm. The 50 cm - 75 cm drop had an increase in height by 10.4 cm. The 75 cm - 100 cm had an increase in height by 4.8 cm.<br>- On station three of the Mini Station the mass of the balls affected how far the paper traveled. On the station mass affects how far the paper goes. Like for the marble 10 it went 8.4 cm when it has a mass of 4.2. For the golf ball it had a mass of 39.9 and it rolls and average of 68.6 cm and that is a difference of 64.2 cm and the mass difference is 35.7.<br>-&nbsp; In the skate park simulation the higher you put the person, the more potential energy there was. Also the more mass the person had the more potential energy he has.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the 3rd lab, we weighed the pool ball, golf ball, tennis ball, and marble. The tennis ball for instance weighed 45.9 grams. That pushed the note card an average of 40.4 centimeters, but the marble had a mass of 5.5 grams, and only pushed the note card 24.4 centimeters. As for velocity and gravity, when the ball was higher on the ruler (30 cm) the ball traveled further and faster because the gravity affected it more making it have more energy</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Because the ball is dropped from a higher height, the more total energy there is being converted into kinetic energy. In the station, the higher it was, the higher the ball bounced, with each increasing with each increasing height. In station 2, the higher the marble was, the more it had pushed the note card. This is because of the gravitational potential energy. The pull of gravity is 9.8 meters per sec square, which is showing this is acceleration. The marble can accelerate more when it is being dropped from a higher height.&nbsp;It is pretty much the same thing for the skate park, but with a larger mass, the total amount of energy would increase because you are adding a larger factor to the system. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our reasoning for station 1 is the higher the ball is the more potential energy it contains which turns into kinetic energy as the ball drops. That makes the ball's rebound height higher because it has more kinetic energy in its system.&nbsp;Our reasoning for station three is almost the same. The more weight the ball had the more potential energy it contains which turns into kinetic energy as it rolls down the ruler. Then it pushes the paper farther or shorter depending on the weight of the ball.</div>]]></description>
