Proper time should be scheduled to readers to assign a firm NoGo if the need may be. 
Alternative: students develop a portfolio whereby the industry professionals can assess various sub-components (and not only the BT). BUT…question asked: for a go/no go, do we need the advise of an external party?
External assessors align with the PEP = fit for industry? But are externals looking sufficiently ahead at developments in industry?
Go/NoGo should take into account all (final) assessment criteria + involve external assessors.
