         <title>Why Roosevelt Won</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- He offered Americans a "New Deal"&nbsp; with 3 main aims, recovery, relief and reform.<br>- Hoover had very unpopular in not helping the poor in the Great Depression. Hoover helped Roosevelt win by making mistakes and not owning up to them. He did not apologize for injuring Veterans.<br>- Hoover was also not prepared to change his policing even though the world was changing around him.          <title>Turning Point</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The turning point of this was that it ended the Republican dominance in National Politics. American were now willing to accept an expanded role for government.
