Akiff - Asset Allocation, Dibby - Gold, Heiqal - EV & Firepulse, Aishah main host, Wantoh, Huzair too! the flow is really well-thought and better to comprehend on the receiving end. I love how each segments did their research and it shows, love the inclusion of video of the EV to differentiate between super car & electric car. Love that every one could relate to what the speakers were saying.

I really like how Akiff provided a 'roadmap' for us when planning the asset allocation for our new clients. It helps us to be effective and blameless. I also learnt new things about gold and EVs from Dibby and Heiqal. It is some good conversation starters that I can have with my prospects.

There were certain parts that I was left a bit confused because I couldn't seem to connect the dots between gold, EVs, decarbonisation but probably I just need a bit more time to digest the content from today to get more clarity.

All in all, I felt more convicted when learning about the different ways I can position myself as an advisor when giving my clients portfolio updates based on their risk profiles (or sharing with new prospects) since we are more exposed to different funds such as AB Sustainable and Amundi Growth funds. Also, enjoyed the quiz time by Wantoh & Huzair! It is a great way to boost our moral authority as a reliable FA.

I think this is due to the relatable segments solely on investments lined up for us back to back.

Each segment from Market Update, to Golds & EV and Quiz was very well researched and had just enough emphasis and learning pointers for us to takeaway and store in our brain as new information for the day.

I especially enjoyed the use of history and background knowledge in each segment because it builds up excitement and new perspectives that we can bring into our appointments for added value.

Lastly, the idea and launch of Fire Pulse is extremely exciting as it really depicts the fireeee information that the investment team has for us in a fresher and unique look that emphasises the “I” part in traits of a producer because it’s such a needed Idea to change the way we can do market updates for clients to stand out and be different at the same time making it, enjoyable & relatable.

All in all, I would love to have huddles like this every month once , where it’s solely focused on Investments. I would feel stronger as a Financial Advisor who stands for being an investment specialists.

• The thought process to choosing the right allocations for clients through the use of mind map that was shown to us. I will be highly relying on that , it has definitely made it easier for me to also explain to clients.

• The relation of Mining and EV’s 🤯 and how to read into the finer details of what we see on the news and relate it back to our investments

Keep it light and simple and minimal at best.

I would love to see just enough information of the content we need in the right fonts and colours to emphasise on the important takeaways.

Moving forward we can work on including a segment for “Reflections” or “Discussions” that allows for our clients to do some thinking for themselves… if anything, it’s a CTA for us as we are able to refer to that page of Fire Pulse and prompt them ourselves as a conversation starter. As we check in with our clients on what they feel about that question raised to them, we do not leave our group chats dry and we can create conversations with it.

The beginning energy could have been better as it felt like we were just getting the intro over and done with 😅 Nonetheless, it was understandable upon knowing that the main bulk should be focused on the investment update!(:

All in all, it was insightful, full of context, and definitely lots of igworthy content to be shared to create curiousity & IBNIU!! Many things that can be used yo gain traction! Lovely!!

That's one word to describe today's session. I don't think we've had a full on investment huddle before so this was something pretty heavy. I liked how it was spaced out nicely since we have the luxury of time today.

The investment team definitely delivered the essentials we all needed to be even more convicted on our fundamentals and our new strategy moving forward. It'll definitely help us become better advisors to our clients when covering the topic of investments.

Really see the effort put in for each presenter in their presentation. However, I couldn’t seem to gel how each topic has a link to the next topic (it was bit fragmented?). not much context set prior to each segment presentation.

I believe when each presenter is given the airtime, they should be given the light to shine. There were some parts where Heiqal chimed in during Dibby’s section which got awkward and confusing for the crowd to focus on?

I like how everything was about investment, something that I’ve been looking forward to at every huddle! Thank you to the team for your efforts in making this session a productive one!

I find it very very very helpful in helping us understand our strategies better for the betterment of our clients.

Dibby and haiqal shadings also allow us to have better understanding on gold and supplies for us to be able to share with our clients about the history of it.

Today's huddle definitely delivered in helping me gain more conviction, a roadmap for reference when selecting funds for my clients and giving me more clarity on how to explain the new strategies with rationality to our clients. All the investment team members who came up to share were able to deliver their points across very clearly and with Imran wrapping up the whole huddle with a summary of what was shared.

I believe this session was very important for our associates, especially the newer ones who may feel lost or not have the most conviction in our strategies or may just feel like they are in a ‘weird’ transition phase of switching strategies.

I especially enjoyed Dibby and Heiqal’s sharing on Gold and EV, where we understood the fundamentals and history of both sectors which gave us a better overview of why the funds are performing as such.

If I can be raw, personally I find it very frustrating whenever we have small talks and chit chats among ourselves during huddle, because this is easily the 4^th of 5^th time that the investment team has come up to share about the new strategies and every time after the session, we have people coming back to ask the same questions about strategies or are just plain confused when actually if we all sit down and try to listen and digest the content, we would have gained clarity long ago. And it is also very disruptive and disrespectful to the presenters who have put in so much time to research about the market and provide us with market updates and valuable insights and knowledge that we all should be extremely thankful for, because that makes us both good salesman and advisors that sets us apart from other advisors who just sell investment policies with 0 investment knowledge.

I hope we all can be mindful and aware of this during huddles because this is a constant problem during every huddle.

I have clients who don't even read the market updates, which could be because it is a PDF document so having a 1-pager is really 10/10.

My only feedback is to highlight certain main points such as anything that is in trend or any points that will capture their attention.

I wanted to suggest including fund performances, but I realised different advisors may be investing in different funds and this may not be relevant to all clients so maybe what we can consider instead is to state sector performance? Maybe that could be more useful to clients and also make them more curious on fund options available to them.

Clear context given, and it was engaging through out that I didn’t catch myself not paying attention.

Also like how the team got us invested into the quizzes for our own good and giving us something to look forward to.
