         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) What is a Project Management Plan ?<br>Project Management Plan is a formal approved document that defines how the project is executed,monitored and controlled.<br><br>2) Why need the Project Management Plan ?<br>We need the Project Management Plan is to provide a comprehensive baseline of what has to be achieved by the project, how it is to be achieved, who will be involved, how it will be reported and measured and how information will be communicated.&nbsp;<br><br>3) Who prepared the Project Management Plan ?<br>The PMP is prepared by Project Manager, respecting overall objectives define in the Preliminary Project Plan and Project Approval obtained by project leader.<br><br>4) When the PMP is applied ?<br>The project management plan is not created all at once. It is progressively elaborated, which means it is developed, refined, revisited and updated. Since the project management plan integrates all the knowledge area management plans into a cohesive whole, it needs to be assembled after all the component plans have been created.<br><br>5)Where PMP is applied?<br>Specify the process to capture and maintain information on all issues. Describe how the issues are classified and prioritized based on the assessment of their impact.
