The little girl infers the place as dangerous when she says that not all Kinshasa police are real, the girl goes on to explain that people steal police uniforms and there is no way to tell if they are real or fake. The little girl gives the reader some insight of what to do as she explains to show ID through the windshield of a car, not to stop the car nor roll down the window and not to follow them if they try to lead you anywhere....
