The winter was warm in Sydney while the summer was extremely hot. On the contrast, the summer in Michigan was cool, but the winter was chilling. I personally hate cold winters, which always brought me terrible headaches, so I prefer Sydney more than Michigan. I enjoyed the seascapes in Sydney. I went to the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge often during the weekends. Although western food tastes good, I still prefer Asian cuisines more. My favorite cuisine is Huaiyang cuisine. I’ve heard that the Americans view Chinese food as greasy and with strong flavors, but Huaiyang cuisine can definitely subversively change your mind. Unlike the Chinese restaurants in America, Huaiyang cuisines are usually cooked via steaming and string. It is one of the four Chinese traditional cuisines, and is honored as State-banquet dishes in China. It is famous for strictly selected ingredients, elegant shapes and fresh tastes of the original flavors of food. There are many good Huaiyang cuisine restaurants in Shanghai. It’s located in the east coast of China. As one of the biggest cities in the world, the life here is very convenient. There are 20 lines of subways and over a thousand bus routes. Food and package delivery are the fastest amount all the cities I’ve been to. So, you can easily get almost everything you need in a second with just a click.
