         <description><![CDATA[<p>my expectation and hope for indonesia regarding this protest is that it becomes a turning point for real change, not just a moment of anger that fades away. i hope people see that demonstrations are not only about shouting demands but also about building awareness, pushing for accountability, and shaping policies that actually reflect the voice of the people. i want to believe that this movement can inspire young generations to be more critical, more courageous, and more involved in deciding the future of our country. i also hope that the government listens sincerely, not with promises that dissolve after the crowd disperses, but with concrete steps that show they value justice, equality, and transparency. indonesia has so much potential, but it needs leaders who care about the people more than power, and citizens who refuse to stay silent when something is wrong.i am not defending anyone because both sides have made mistakes. this is not about choosing who is right, but about realizing that when both parties act recklessly, the ones who suffer most are ordinary people and the future of our country. i believe accountability should be shared, lessons should be learned, and real reforms should be made so the same mistakes are not repeated again, may my indonesia heal quickly.</p>]]></description>

The majority  (81%) of phone users   have  their phones  switched  on all the time, even in bed, they  said.   </p><p>And four in ten adults and  teenagers  said there  had been occasions  when  they  checked their phone in night after it woke  them up.</p><p>They also spend more time  each morning checking emails and  using  the internet  than eating breakfast or taking care of their  appearance.</p><p>Experts  have warned that this means that people  are not getting enough quality sleep, which has a  direct  effect  on their  health.</p><p>They have warned that over time,a continued lack of sleep can lead  to a weakened  immune system and an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.</p><p>It  can also make a  person more susceptible to mental health problems  such  as  anxiety and depression.</p><p>Dr  Nerina  Ramlakhan, a sleep and energy coach, advises turning  off all technological devices at least 60-90  minutes  before going to sleep  in order to give the mind  time to wind down.</p><p>And it's  not just adults who are  at  risk. In  a recent focus  group of almost 500 students aged 13-15, held by Dr  Ramlakhan, an alarming number complained of sleep problems and feeling exhausted.</p><p>Of those who complained,almost 80 percent  were using phones and other technology  in bed. </p><p>She  advises keeping  the bedroom  tech-free to avoid future health issues.</p><p>She said: 'Your bedroom is  one of the most important factors  when it comes to getting   a great night's sleep.  Banishing technology from the bedroom is one of the easiest things people can do to promote a relaxing sleep environment and  ensure they're getting  enough rest for the  body  to  recover overnight.'</p><p> </p>]]></description>
