- pushing through the final semester
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- didn't know what i wanted to do after uni
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- applying for internships
and now I think that....
- not sure what i think lol, but life is good
after (turning point ) I now value....
- connections, pursue things that im passionate about as its always more rewarding personally
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- work my 9-5 job 5 days a week

What are you most proud of from this last semester?
- Becoming a business owner
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- Doing the assessments stopped there. There are so many things that I apply in my work outside of the capstone that I learnt along the way.

- Moving from consulting for small businesses to starting a platform for beauty business owners.
and now I think that....
- We are so important into any workplace. We are so special and have so many different hats/

What am I proud of? Actually putting together my project and getting everything working!!!

Before capstone, I thought that I wasn't really capable of much. I used to think I didn't have good skills or the ability to be professional. I look back at this year and think about how well the course has allowed me to grow the skills I want to grow and be the person I want to be. NO REGRETS!!

I really value everyone in this course. You have all been such excellent classmates. I have never felt excluded or lonely in with this cohort. Everyone has been so open and friendly and it is truly a blessing.

Going forward I'd like to stay in touch with everyone. There is so much to learn and I am very interested in what everyone is doing and plans to do after this course.

What are you most proud of from this last semester?
- The process and the teamwork of Sara and I. Also, that we created something valuable and that reflects our passions and interests.
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- I felt scared and unprepared. Also didn't know where I wanted to go/
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- Saying yes to opportunities and applying myself both in uni and for jobs.
and now I think that....
- now I feel like I know a lot about our problem space and have the confidence to pitch and try & test new things. I also, it's hard to get a job as they either ghost you or you don't get shortlisted.
after (turning point ) I now value....
- Adaptability, confidence and collaboration
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- discovering and applying for jobs or internships- connections, opportunities and applying my skills.

What are you most proud of from this last semester?
- The Showcase for sure
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- I thought our team had the perfect path set for us but we got bored of the real quick
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- Obviously our pivott. But also in the lessons when you guys gave us feedback that got us thinking more
and now I think that....
- We are awesome
after (turning point ) I now value....
- flexibility, even on a large scale because I know if you change to something better that you will come out with something great
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- keeping an open mind and being ready to change everything.

- Creating slyce and getting better at my time management skills.

- Property market and fintech was way out of my reach and something I’d never really look deeper into
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- From a random conversation with my friends (jack and Daniel) we decided to take a risk and learn more about it while in capstone
and now I think that....
- It’s not as scary and daunting as I thought it would be and that this is an area I can start to make a big difference in
after (turning point ) I now value....
- Working on projects that are my own or ones I play a big part in driving
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- Continuing putting away time into this project to get it into a successful startup

- Completing a capstone project with some cool team members and behaviourally changing myself
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- It could have been a boring experience
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- completely pivoting to behavioural change and making it a lot more centric to ourselves
and now I think that....
- big change can make things a lot more interesting instead of detrimental
after (turning point ) I now value....
- having brilliant minds on the team who are open to such changes in ideas
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- making adjustments to my behaviour that i think needs change (work on it daily, changes monthly)

What are you most proud of from this last semester?
- Proud of the amount of work Chow, Matteo and I put into our Capstone and where we go to in the end. I didn't want to have a stressful semester between work, internship and uni - and I am proud with how we managed it.
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- That making a startup or business or large project could be powered by pure passion and focus alone. It is almost impossible to fall in love with an idea and stay in love with it forever and have that carry you. It's hard work working or anything you are passionate about - but it is incredibly rewarding.
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- The actual turning point was needing to do our final presentation and realising we didn't necessarily have a MVP. However, we realised that the Capstone is what we make of it, it doesn't need to specifically be a business or a way to make money - the Capstone can be a vehicle to better understand yourself and what you want to learn.
and now I think that....
- I can do anything I put my mind to with the right amount of focus and commitment.
after (turning point ) I now value....
- My own abilities a lot more, and my own need to find work in this similar project or innovation role.
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- Making my bed :)

- Building and working towards a viable product that actually help people
Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...
- Good ideas were hard to come by but now i have realised that if you ask the problem from different perspectives solutions become good ideas
and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....
- Turning point was when we pivoted into a group of 3 and changed our idea
and now I think that....
- If we work hard enough and put enough effort into this we can build this platform and continue with this project beyond uni
after (turning point ) I now value....
- I now value persistence alot more as we kept on this project after many dead ends
and so, going forward, the one thing I will focus on doing (daily/weekly/monthly) is....
- Constantly checking where I am at with my goals, if I have achieved what I wanted to achieve and what future goals I want to set for myself

What are you most proud of from this last semester?

I am proud of sticking to my original goal which was to not sacrifice my mental/physical health during the busiest 12 weeks of my life <3 super proud

Before this capstone subject compared to where I am what I know and what I can do now, I used to think that...

I used to think that you had land on an idea straight away and it cant change

and then (a turning point, pivotal moment, big or small).....

I quickly realised that is not the case - when i felt stuck and out of inspiration

and now I think that....

I realised the best things happen when you let it flow and dont get too caught up in your idea
