I served in many other situations before but this was one of the most gruesome. Me and other officers had told these protesters to get out but they never did. We told ourselves if they didn't leave we will call the military and we did. I did what I needed to do to prove a point, but some of the people who protested with me got hurt or killed. I surrounded the forbidden city with many others holding my signs up and yelling with the other protestors. Then the soldiers and government started violating our human rights.
