There are moments when you understand, that there are so many things about you want to tell. It can be a little story about some close friends or just some people you know, a little adventure or a story that lasts a life long.

A little about myself. I like adventures, it is something that makes our ordinary life amazing. Sometimes I think I’m searching them everywhere. Unfortunately it is not so easy to find them, but I don’t give up. If you have an aim you should follow it until it happens.

Everything could be an adventure, even a walk in a shop, if you search this shop through the whole city and don’t know where it is. But in my short life I noticed, that the best adventures happens in the evening and night. Maybe somebody knows why it is so? My first theory is a little bit fantastic. Maybe the darkness is a magnet for all adventures or the people can do something extraordinary just after the sun is down. The second theory is…… No, I haven’t got any second theory. Just one. But after some thought I can remember also some adventures, that happened throughout the day. The day and night adventures have some differences. The adventures that take place before the sunset are often planned, although have surprises, there are often very simple. The adventures after the sunset are generally unexpected. The unusual things in the night are stranger, than by the day. At night the time is going slower. 30 minutes are like 6 hours at the day. An adventure can last one hour or one week. Such an adventure is a bicycle trip with a friend. It lasted 2 days. We didn’t know the road, we chose a little region by a lake and set about. Or a spontaneous midnight walk with new friends across the city.

This year has a wonderful feature it was full of unexpected moments and I became a lot of new friends. That is the best in it. But I know one thing nothing ever lasts forever. After all long or short adventure comes a new day and everything would be like it was.

So I hope you will also look for some wonderful and amazing adventures.

Of course this day for girls is like a lifelong dream, but they cannot imagine how difficult to make this day perfect. Food is an important part of our lives, but it should be not only healthy and also tasty. To bake something dose not necessarily need a reasin or special case. every case can be special, if to bake a right cake. It doesn't matter what is season now or what are you plans, the backing always lift your mood.
I can honestly say that i love eating and baking cakes. They can be also great decoration or good gift. It depends on the situation. Today I want to tell a cakes recipe that makes even the worst day perfect.
Also to bake these cakes you need the follow ingredients:
100g butter
200g sugar
2 eggs
pinch of sald
200g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
175ml milk
for the frosting:
200g cream cheese
70g sugar powder
At firts preheat the oven to 180 C. Take a bowl and sift the flour, sald, cocoa and baking powder. In other bowl mix the butter about 1 minute. Then add the sugar and the aggs one at a time. On low speed of mixer add the milk to the butter mixture and then the flour mixture. Divide the batter evently among the 18 muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Until the cakes are in the oven, make the cream cheese frosting. In a bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and beat. whip until the frosting is think enough to pipe.
Let the cakes cool completely before frosting. Spread the frosting with the piping bag. Decorate on your taste with chokolate, berries or topping.
