The rate of self- harm in females has even been increasing per year. 1 to 5 females engage in self-harm and 90 percent of individuals who engage in self-harm are teens.  
Claim 2: Demi Lavato has released the song "Sorry Not Sorry" which is an empowerment anthem and she has become an outspoken activist for mental-health awareness and addiction prevention.
