Possibly language barriers.<br>Technology: Low penetration of social platform to market these competitions.<br>Legal: Large congregation of people which might require crowd control. Banning certain items like alcohol in mass gatherings.<br>Environmental: Cleaning up of venue after event. <br><strong>Micro environment</strong><br>Company: Run mostly by volunteers on weekends? Or some salaried workers?<br>Customers: How to contact and network with migrant workers<br>Working with local grass root, companie or schools?<br>Suppliers: Finding sponsorship would be hard, since migrant workers might not be able to afford their products.
