Various types of contracts and agreements with legal clauses are routed to OIC for vetting and advisory. It is challenging for us to interpret legal documents and negotiate favourable terms and conditions for RP.

The RP targets for TIE seemed to be more skewed towards those set by OTD. eg. No. of consultancy projects, no. of grant funded projects, no. of IP commercialization. Hence, focus of internal stakeholders are placed more in these areas.

Some industry partners (external stakeholders) have feedback that it was confusing to them having different RP staff reaching out to them on different requests. It would be most ideal to have a single point of contact when interacting with the industry partner to streamline communication and ensure a more efficient partnership experience.
