Agnes admitted that he had a coven along with 200 other witches and had met the devil from doing a spell.  These witches did a spell and caused a shipwreck. Agnes was strangled and burnt.</div>]]></description>

As they thought of this, her neighbors believed Janet was using her daughter as a witchcraft toy. When the trial came, her daughter was able to escape while Janet was burned alive. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>84% were women and 15% were men. The ages varied but the majority of the witches were around the age of 50-60. There were children who were accused of witchcraft and was executed for it just like the adults were. The lowest rate for the age that was executed were ages 70 and up. This rate was 4% which was the lowest rate. </div>]]></description>
