He says it felt like the ground disappeared under the country and everyone was in disbelief.</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p><strong>2015 – Gorkha Earthquake</strong></p><p>- He watched Nepal suffer immense destruction. Even from abroad, he helped raise money for victims. He says the earthquake changed how Nepalis saw resilience.</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p><strong>2020 – COVID-19 Pandemic</strong></p><p>- Lockdowns in Nepal and worldwide reminded him of the importance of family and health.
