Inheriting mutations vs. predispositions

Hello! Something I'm trying to wrap my head around stil re: rb and retinoblastomal--
points from lecture:
- 2 mutations are not inherited
- predispositions are inherited
- people with predisposition can have the mutant allele affect their precursor cells, resulting in mutations in retinas bilaterally.

My follow-up questions are:
1) Inheriting a mutant allele vs. inheriting a predisposition vs. inheriting a mutation. Are these all referencing the same things? Is it that someone who inherits a mutant rb allele from a parent with someone with rb has a higher predisposition for developing a mutant phenotype (retinoblastoma) since it only takes 1 somatic mutation to lose heterozygosity (2 hit hypothesis)?
2) Am I understanding "2 mutations are not inherited" correctly, in that it means that in familial retinoblastoma,1 mutant allele can be inherited, but the second mutation depends on the somatic mutation?
3) Do all folks with family history of the mutant rb allele (who get the allele) automatically have the heterozygosity in their retinal precursor cells?
Thank you!!!
