         <description><![CDATA[<p>We utilize a Google Form as our observation/walkthrough tool. This allows us to collect the data in one place and it is easy to refer back to and use to set our goals for the year as a program, etc.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tina suggested I used a multicolored pen for TPOT observations. For example, I use blue ink for emotional literacy, red for directions, green for pos. desc. fdback, black for friendship skills, etc.  It works very well!</p>]]></description>
